So I am so lazy...I never post anything on my blog anymore, which is funny because I love to check everyone's blogs and if they don't post I think--why don't they ever post---I know dumb. Anyway here's what we've been up to lately...
My final cake class with Lauree...our cakes were oh so special...

I absolutely hate pictures of me...but it was "graduation" :)
I am another year older and wiser too...yep it was my birthday, my mom and family came up to visit and cook me the most delicious dinner
I made a cake for my mom since her birthday is just a week before mine...
Lexie had her first hair cut...if you can call the tiniest trim a hair cut...
Brenten opted to wait for a professional!
On Thursday it was a busy day at our house, Brenten had a Valentine's Party at school (yes, treat bags) and then I had another cake class...Lauree and I had so much fun with the last one we decided to sign up for another, after cake class I had my Stamp Nite, which proved to be chaos! Carly brought her clippers so she could cut Brentens hair, I was running late so nothing was set up, and I arrived home to find Lexie running in circles with her friends screaming and playing, Brenten playing haircut in the kitchen, and all of my stamp girls leaned awkwardly in any place they could find given the fact there were no chairs but tables taking up lots of room...so what did I do, tossed down my cake and grabbed my camera---next month ladies it will not be so crazy...maybe
Carly you did a great job though...so thanks!!
And to finish off my updates on Saturday Dave got married...and we risked our lives to travel FOREVER through a blizzard to get to the Joseph Smith Building! Funny that at 8:30am it was treacherous, we counted like 10 cars off the side of the rode, but at 4:00pm on our way home...the sun was shining and the rodes were clear! Utah weather I guess!
My kids were so excited to see their Grandpa Dave get married!
I mean doesn't this scream excitement??? :)
Really they were way excited and they had fun, this was after Brenten had finished not only his dinner but Lexie's as well...the food....oh it was SO GOOD!
The temple looked so pretty with all the snow...it was fun to watch all the brides coming out, I don't think they were enjoying getting snowed on however! :)
Okay this is it for now...I'd say I'll be better but, really, no promises!

Thanks for FINALLY blogging about your life! And I know I shouldn't, but I'm so impressed with your cake frosting skills. You are practically Martha Stewart, though, so I should expect it!
You do have some mad skills at cake decorating. I wish I were good at stuff like that. Maybe I'll have to take a class or something. Oh and Happy Birthday! I knew your b-day was in February sometime (it's the 1st isn't it?) Anyway hope you had a great day and I love seeing how your super cute family is doing.
I think it's awesome how you are always following your passions, I'm still just a dreamer, I don't know what I'm waiting for.
