Oh...Hi!!

Hi again...yeah remember me, the girl who used to think since she was so behind on all her scrapbooking and journal writing that she'd just keep up to date by blogging the fun moments of life...oh yeah, well obviously hasn't been happening a whole lot huh??? I'd love to make excuses, promises of being better but heck I'd probably just be chatting to myself unless by some strange chance a few of you are still stopping by to see when I'll break my silence....are you? Anyone? Anyone still checking on us??? I hope so... :) So yeah it would be way to much to back track so I'll just go with a few fun photos of October---its still October right? Oh wait no...FREAKIN ALMOST THANKSGIVING!!!!! AHHHHHH~! Yeah I am having a heart attack, but anyway lets pretend for a moment that it is still October. Because that was a fun blink in time! Grandma and Grandpa decided to travel up north and visit us crazy folk in Logan. Hopefully we showed them a fun time, we took them to the "Pumpkin Walk" which I love and really contrary to the photos of my over joyed children they say they love it too. They however were not in the mood for any photo ops, but HA I took the pictures anyway...all about the memories right??? We made delicious Pumpkin Pancakes with Caramel Pecan Syrup (oohh such a delicious treat) Grandpa went and cheered on the Aggies (shocked anyone???) We taught Brenten to play Skip Bo (no he's not quite as serious into it as our Grandma, but really is anyone?) There was a movie night of The Proposal and Pedicures, another lovely breakfast, this time Belgian Waffles with homemade strawberry syrup, fresh strawberries and of course whipped cream and then later a Beautiful ride to Porcupine Dam to check out the fall leaves and to show The Old People someplace they'd never been. (you may think that is disrespectful to refer to my grandparents as the Old People, but really they know we love them!) We had fun and the kids loved having Grandma and Grandpa camp out on the air mattress for THREE whole SLEEPOVERS!
Before we could catch our breath it is onto Halloween...I promised my kids I would sew their costumes (why oh why couldn't we just by the ones from WalMart???) and quite honestly I worried that they wouldn't get done but alas...Little Miss was ready to Rock for her Dance Halloween Party, and Brenten was in full Star Wars Gear in time for the costume parade at his school. Now please don't judge to harshly on the photos, I am still (Yes four days from Thanksgiving, still clinging to the dream) thinking that I will dress them up in their costumes and take some photos in good lighting so you can get the full effect of the costumes. Or at the very least put the trick or treating shots still sitting on my memory card onto the computer so you could see those but for now here are a couple shots of Lex on her way to Dance and a very blurry Brenten marching in the costume parade at his school! Anyway enjoy the few photos we have and please come back soon....even though from my track record we shouldn't be seeing a new post until around Valentines!!!! But hey, maybe I'll surprise you.....
